1. Who we are

QurMak (also known as Qurilish Maktabi) is an educational mobile application for construction engineers and construction-industry professionals in Uzbekistan, created by engineer Akramjon Akhmedov. The app is operated from qurmak.uz. For any privacy-related inquiry contact @akhmed0v1998 on Telegram.

2. Data collected by the app

The QurMak mobile app does not collect personal data directly from users. All user accounts are created and managed externally by the QurMak IT desk; users do not enter personal data into the app for the purpose of registration. The app only processes the information described below.

2.1 Authentication credentials

• When you sign in, your username and password are sent to qurmak.uz over HTTPS to obtain a session token (JWT). Passwords are not stored on the device.
• The session token is stored on the device only (in encrypted Android keystore-backed storage) and is used to keep you signed in.

2.2 Device identifier

• The app sends a non-resettable Android device identifier to the server with each request. This is used only to enforce a one-device-per-account policy (so a single account cannot be used on multiple devices simultaneously).
• This identifier is not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking across apps.

2.3 Quiz and certificate data

• When you complete tests within the app, your scores and completed pages are sent to the QurMak server so that your progress and any earned certificates are stored against your account.
• If you qualify for a certificate, an administrator may include your account in the public Kadrlar (HR) directory accessible to other users of the app. Display of your account in this directory requires an administrator's explicit approval.

3. Data the app does NOT do

• The app does not use third-party analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no Crashlytics).
• The app does not display advertising.
• The app does not access your contacts, calendar, location, microphone, camera, SMS, or call logs.
• The app requests only one Android permission: INTERNET, which is required to communicate with the QurMak server.

4. How data is transmitted and stored

• All network traffic between the app and qurmak.uz is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS 1.2/1.3).
• User data is stored on QurMak's server (hosted in Russia). Backups are taken periodically.
• The QurMak team uses standard security practices to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security of any system.

5. Children

The app is intended for adult construction professionals and engineering students. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Your rights

• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the administrator at @akhmed0v1998 on Telegram.
• You may uninstall the app at any time, which removes all locally stored tokens.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For major changes we will also notify users in the app.

1. Biz haqimizda

QurMak (Qurilish Maktabi) — bu O'zbekistondagi qurilish muhandislari va qurilish sohasi mutaxassislari uchun ta'lim mobil ilovasidir. Ilovani muhandis Akramjon Axmedov yaratgan va qurmak.uz orqali boshqariladi. Maxfiylik bilan bog'liq savollar bo'yicha Telegramda @akhmed0v1998 manziliga murojaat qiling.

2. Ilova to'playdigan ma'lumotlar

QurMak mobil ilovasi foydalanuvchilardan shaxsiy ma'lumotlarni to'g'ridan-to'g'ri to'plamaydi. Barcha foydalanuvchi hisoblari QurMak IT bo'limi tomonidan ilova tashqarisida yaratiladi va boshqariladi. Foydalanuvchilar ro'yxatdan o'tish uchun ilovaga shaxsiy ma'lumot kiritmaydi. Ilova faqat quyida ko'rsatilgan ma'lumotlarni qayta ishlaydi.

2.1 Kirish ma'lumotlari

• Tizimga kirishda foydalanuvchi nomi va parol HTTPS orqali qurmak.uz serveriga seans tokenini (JWT) olish uchun yuboriladi. Parol qurilmada saqlanmaydi.
• Seans tokeni faqat qurilmada saqlanadi va sizni tizimda saqlash uchun ishlatiladi.

2.2 Qurilma identifikatori

• Ilova har bir so'rov bilan qurilma identifikatorini serverga yuboradi. Bu faqat bir hisob — bir qurilma qoidasini ta'minlash uchun ishlatiladi (bir hisob bir vaqtning o'zida bir nechta qurilmada ishlatib bo'lmaydi).
• Bu identifikator reklama, profillashtirish yoki boshqa ilovalar bo'ylab kuzatish uchun ishlatilmaydi.

2.3 Test va sertifikat ma'lumotlari

• Ilovadagi testlarni bajarganingizda, ballaringiz va o'tilgan sahifalaringiz QurMak serveriga yuboriladi.
• Sertifikatga loyiq bo'lsangiz, administrator sizning hisobingizni boshqa foydalanuvchilarga ko'rinadigan ommaviy Kadrlar bazasiga qo'shishi mumkin. Bunday ko'rinish administratorning aniq ruxsati bilan amalga oshiriladi.

3. Ilova bajarmaydigan ishlar

• Ilova uchinchi tomon analitik SDK'laridan foydalanmaydi (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, Crashlytics — yo'q).
• Ilova reklama ko'rsatmaydi.
• Ilova kontaktlar, kalendar, joylashuv, mikrofon, kamera, SMS yoki qo'ng'iroqlar tarixiga kirmaydi.
• Ilova faqat bitta Android ruxsatini so'raydi: INTERNET — bu QurMak serveri bilan aloqa qilish uchun zarur.

4. Ma'lumotlarni uzatish va saqlash

• Ilova va qurmak.uz o'rtasidagi barcha tarmoq trafigi HTTPS (TLS 1.2/1.3) bilan shifrlanadi.
• Foydalanuvchi ma'lumotlari QurMak serverida (Rossiyada joylashtirilgan) saqlanadi. Zaxira nusxalari muntazam olinadi.
• QurMak jamoasi ma'lumotlarni himoya qilish uchun standart xavfsizlik amaliyotlaridan foydalanadi, lekin hech bir tizimning mutlaq xavfsizligini kafolatlay olmaydi.

5. Bolalar

Ilova kattalar — qurilish mutaxassislari va muhandislik talabalari uchun mo'ljallangan. 13 yoshgacha bo'lgan bolalar uchun emas. Biz bolalardan bilib turib ma'lumot to'plamaymiz.

6. Sizning huquqlaringiz

• O'z hisobingizni va u bilan bog'liq ma'lumotlarni o'chirib tashlashni so'rashingiz mumkin — @akhmed0v1998 Telegramga yozing.
• Ilovani istalgan vaqtda o'chirib tashlashingiz mumkin. Bu qurilmada saqlangan barcha tokenlarni o'chiradi.

7. Siyosatga o'zgartirishlar

Ushbu siyosatga muhim o'zgartirishlar kiritsak, sahifaning yuqorisidagi "Oxirgi yangilanish" sanasini yangilaymiz. Katta o'zgarishlar haqida foydalanuvchilarni ilova orqali ham xabardor qilamiz.
